not wanting to put a downer on things but i had this problem on my first mini and eventaully found out it was because the rear subframe was bent

right had a look wednesday night. The Subframe is solid and straight. By the looks of it its worn out radius arm bushes there is a large amount of play in there looks like thats the issue so shouldn't be too hard fix some nice reecon arm to order. The left rear has play in it too but not as much as the right so i'll get both done.

Glad to hear you have figured it out. My radius arm bushes have no play at all. So mine looks to be a different issue
