OK,
I am at the stage now where I have the new floor ready to be tacked in position, I was wondering if anyone else has gone down the route of replacing the full floor and what problems they have encountered and how they have rectified them?
Where to tack first to allow movement etc.

it's quite easy once you get it lined up. i clamp along the sill/step seams then weld the front edge.
