mini headlights shining in peoples eyes?? please.
when every car which follows me blinds me!
So whats the point in headlamp aim then? To stop other cars headlights dazzling other road users when coming from the opposite direction. Are you telling me you dont flash other people when there traveling towards you with main beam on?

the height of the mini headlights arent going to get in the eyeline of anyone.

i use lucas headlight converters so mine point to the right instead of the left, and never once has anyone flashed my to tell me im "blinding" them.
EVERY modern car which follows me blinds me.

i do have a clue, but i would argue mini headlights are so poor that blinding someone wouldnt be achievable.Ok im not going into this any more as you clearly dont have a clue. If what you mean by converters that make them point to the right is changing the kick to the right hand side instead of the left that would also be an MOT failure.
i have H4s and they still hardly light the road ahead at all.

Guess we hit a nerve with that one.. i was a bit unclear about the MOT's being a total joke. I meant it on newer cars that are 3 years old and been serviced etc, i think they should increase the age to maybe 5 years old?
I have seen 3 year old cars come in for their first MOT with bald tyres and metal to metal on disc pads (even with dash brake pad warning lights on!). A new car can have done 10's of thousands of miles in 3 years, especially if provided as a company car and there are many drivers who are ignorant or just don't care to do any checks or act on warning lights.. Five years would be even more dangerous for such drivers and other road users.
Longer service intervals also mean some low mileage cars may not visit a garage in years but for an annual MOT.
