so im told we will need about 8 people min to get this marky up for the minis to go in.

once thats up we can get are tents up around the back of it..

i will post up a plan of whats gong where when eveyone who is going posts up there info on the tents size and cars etc...

hey all,

as to marksmini idea of cleaning the cars, Cowboy has a nice new polisher from fathers day as well as wax ( for inside and out). i think it would be a great idea to do it there since they are bound to get a bit dirty travelling.

do we need lawn chairs? we have about a dozen of the white plastic ones

well ive got 4 open out camp chairs and also a new open out cmp bed/ sun bed thing, in the same syle of the chairs, but yeah if you have room it might be best if you can to bring some extra chairs for those that aint up to speeds with camping...


we are well on top of it now,

nicks even got a shower thing for caming!,

some of the gear we have now, is just brill...

but yeah tables and chairs will be a good idea to bring if you can..

we ordered ours weeks ago, got confirmation... but no tickets yet!

still have not got mine. i have sent an e-mail to bmc where i got them, no reply...

ive rang them, they will be sent out soon so im told, makeing it close due to copying etc...

i was told that we can get in from friday 4pm onwards,

it now looks like we cant get in till 6pm friday...

but i thinks at 5.30pm we will be on te gates trying to get in, because i aint waiting till that time, will have loads to set up and minis to clean...

let us no when you get your tickets..

just had an e-mail from th bmc, they said the conformation letters have gone out today (saterday) and tickets will be given out on the gate.

i feel a little bit better now i know whats happening.

that's fine excpet for one thing,
cowboy and i are still travelig up seperatly so either i take a copy of the letter or he meets me on the gate to give me mine

or you could photo copy your conformation and then you get there explain the situation because it shlould say on the conformation how many tickets you have booked and they will be able to see that their is only one of you in the car :grin:

i only got an e-mail telling me the score because i sent about 5 to them.
