I am glad to know that you solved the problem. Intermittent, "smart", or "phantom" failures are the worst to troubleshoot. They only present themselves in certain conditions. I learned a few things myself and Sprocket confirmed the way the immobiliser works. The best part was that i got some cobwebs cleared out of my brain looking at the diagrams!
