95% finished project, needs minor attention to finish. needs doors re-skinned, a minor bit of bodywork, small interior/brightwork and a re-spray.
Engine spec:
Standard Cylinder head with polished ports and recently re-lapped valves, new valve stem oil seals, and double valve springs.
High lift 948 fast road profile cam with hardened cam followers, and high lift 1.5:1 ratio rockers. Duplex timing chain and gears. New oil pump
Block has had a +0.010" deck and bores honed. Crank was re-ground by +0.010" on both main and con rod journals fitted with oversize +0.010 vandervel bearings and glacier thrust washers. Centre main has been machined and strengthened with billet strap.
Clutch was replaced not too long ago and is good, bell housing has new release bearings, drop gears have been re-shimmed to fine tolerance end-float.
Magnesium inlet manifold and twin 1/4" su carb which has a special profile needles thats tuned to the engine. Long branch exhaust manifold and 2.5" full stainless exhaust system.
THIS ENGINE HAS DONE APPROX 30,000 MILES!!
Other extras:
Complete set of starmag 6x12" alloy wheels (could do with a refurb due to weather conditions and lacquer peel and minor kirb mark/s) with yokohama 145/70/12 A539 tyres (slightly worn but perfectly legal with lots of tread)
2 corbeau bucket seats, could do with new runners and a re-cover
drilled and grooved front discs with EBC greenstuff pads
full metro turbo clutch kit fitted in July, new brake servo and re-sealed master cylinder in December, new balljoints in july, new shocks end of last year, polybushed front subframe, new driveshafts in Aug, had a new set of wings, a-panels and front panel welded on in july 2010
12months MOT and tax till mid next year
more than likely missed parts.
