So I just pulled up at work as I do, and go to put the car into 1st gear, then snap, the gear stick comes out...easy job to fix? it wont go back in the linkage. it doesnt look proper snapped as its a flat end on the stick, but what can I do?

it completely snapped, quick shifts apparently get a lot of pressure placed on them, all welded now, for the measly price of nothing! happy days
