Hi all,

I have been looking at units this afternoon and i think i am gonna take the plunge and set up DMS Minispares Ltd to cater for all your spares parts (as well as other services).

I have been doing this in my spare time up until now, but going quite well so hope to grow this into something bigger. Having my own unit will allow me to have a full range of cars in stock to support all the enquiries i have been having recently.

This will be based in the South Manchester area (SK14)

It's a big step, but I am going for it!

Cheers for looking!

Dale

:)

Good Stuff!! There's quite a lot of classic mini parts suppliers around these days though, so what sort of services are you planning to offer and what's your particular "thing" gonna be??

On history, breaking late model minis.... ;)

Good luck, but I would advise reading the environmental agency government website in terms of end of life vehicles.

Good luck Dale,
Quite a career change! You should do welding as well, some of the pricing I've seen is eye watering

Cheers
David

Yes i will be doing welding as well, I am after another one of the Cebora mig welders like the one you sold me. Regret selling that now!

when you're looking at units don't forget to factor in rates, water rates, insurance etc.

also worth checking with you local council, ours give new businesses 12 months rates free.
