It's not something simple like you're over the message limit is it? There's a bar down the side that says how full up it is. That's on the basis you can even get onto the messaging screen...

the only option is to "spam bomb" this topic until the mods see unacceptably high levels and feel they need to intervene.

Looks like someone's turned your PM rights off, that's pretty much the same message you'd get on the forum I moderate.

that's what i'm guessing but i can't let a member of staff know i have a problem because i can't PM them

just need a member of staff to find this topic and sort the problem
