I was involved in an accident where two other cars collided and crossed the road smashing into my car. I was stationary at the time but my insurance went up £75 at renewal.

It's an offence not to give your insurance details & not reporting an accident could invalidate your cover. Sadly insurers take the view that if you've been involved in an accident, even if it wasn't your fault, then you represent a bigger risk of being involved in another. If you have no discount to protect, then you may be as well off claiming, but you might not have bills larger than your excess.
Get some anonymous quotes off your insurers to see how your options stack up - in theory your broker works for you, so they ought to provide the info you need to see if it's worth claiming anything.

At least I do drive Craig

Anyway I phone the insurance today, explained what happened & said I won't be claiming & have repaired my own car, they said they just put it down as information & it won't increase the premium unless the other bloke starts trying to say it was my fault.
