Looks the same as the pedal i've made, just remember to brace the bulkhead where the cable passes though as it'll flex load when you engage the clutch.
As for the gearbox fitting in the allspeed frame,think the problem would be finding the correct mounts.


Yeah, i have not braced mine, and it does flex slightly. But it is definitely worth while fitting a brace whilst your at it.

right just been and looked and i can make the mount work as it almost lines up :D looks like im changing the gearbox!

just realised you've a 1.4 which means it wont fit, as the crank is smaller on the 1.4 which then means the flywheel wont fit.

It would bolt up but you wouldn't get a flywheel to fit. Can the frame be modded to clear the starter?

not really trying to work out if i can modify the original 1 as if it was rotated it would fit....

Just has a call from Brise they found a suitable starter that they had on the shelf for ages so will do me a special price :D

got home today and found a box of hoses so got my rad plumbed in roughly just need to add an expansion tank and heater hoses....
