I've got this to come.....
Can't decide whether or not to fit the whole panel in one go or do it in halves...
Good work!

Personally I'd do it in one go Ben and then butt weld up the central join when you take the subframe back off.
I have been super paranoid with regards to it not mounting straight, luckily enough there is a bit of flexibility in the horizontal axis as the rubber (poly in this case) mounts allow the rotation to be not much of an issue, but the left and right positioning is obviously critical.
I can't see how you'd have anymore trouble doing it all at once over one side at a time Ben anyway :)

Scrap that I've just Relised what the welds are for!!!!! You will have to forgive me as it's been that long I feel like a newbie hehe plus I've been drinking rum for 10 days straight
Deary me James, think we will have to give you a mini crash course to start you back off again .
Can't argue with the rum binge though, Whiskey or Rum seems to go down well with me better than anything :).
When can we expect an update on your tea blue J ?

I know I'm no longer carrying on with this project, but I've still got the Galvanised test pieces I put outside many years ago now.
After a finger wipe off they are STILL going strong!!
Just a nice conclusion to end on I think :)
Cheers,
Cliff
