I'm going to have a go at DIY boot board for my Dads Mini and mine!!
I've got the templates, I've got the measurements.. all I need is the size of the MDF sheet if I was to keep them all on one piece rather than buy loads??
Anyone know this. Working off MiniFinity.com template.
Thanks
Jack

As it uses a few different sizes and thicknes boards, you are going to end up with a couple boards no matter what you do..
Still worth it in the end though, makes a huge difference to the look of the car
Get 8 ft x 4ft boards and you will have enough to make a few sets, then just shove a set on ebay and you will get your money back..

to make it nice and sturdy i would use 12mm for the base and back bit and 9mm for the sides and 6mm for the tank cover maybe thinner so it is nice and flexible.
look at the link for what is normally used though.
