Posted this question in the wrong place once already. All help much appreciated.

What wheel stud length should I have for a set of standard 12*5 revolution alloys running 165/60 r12 tyres?

I had problems with studs in the flange and got a new flange but the studs are standard 30mm. Looks like my old flange is either 35mm or 40mm studs.

On the new flange the nuts do up fine but they don't grip as much of the stud as the old ones... Anyone running revo style rims will understand my problem..

Thanks again.

P.S I could just weld the old studs in place on the old flange to solve the problem I was having with studs working loose in the flange..... Anyone done this?
