yes, i am only putting the knobblies on the front on mine. this isnt so much about trying to have full control of the car, as making sure i dont get stuck!

lets face it, when its snowing hard, or there is deep snow on the road, everyone is crawling along at ruch hour, so your not likely to have an accident if your carefull, dont me a twonk trying to skid, or use the handbrake etc.

however where i live there are quite a few hills, which some folks do struggle with, thats what the knobblies are for on mine anyway.
