W&p arches will be fine for 6" wide wheels. As for arch cutting, you may have to or you may not, it always depends on the confusion of your suspension and how low it sits. So it's a case of put them on and see.

then the only take 1.5 degrees off what you already have you might not end up with 1.5 degrees negative

if you havent put the 1.5 deg arms on why not see if you can change them for adjustable i would never buy 1.5 arms personally

i have adjustable and adjusted them to 2 deg camber both sides. 1.5 fixed may mean one side may be 1 deg and other 1.5 deg or less even

as your reliant to what the car is now

W&P arches should be fine as long as you don't have a crazy offset on the wheels you are going to fit. Same for trimming of the wings to give clearance for the tyre,

Fit adjustable arms and set it up properly, there is so much variation on the geometery as standard through wear or "factory tolerances" crash damage etc, that both sides won't be equal. If it handles fine just now why mess as you could make it worse.

It's going to be much more about the offset of the wheel rather than just the width
