Sorry guys no more undates trial fitted the bonnet against the wings and there was a massive problem will post pics later on. I'm certain it's these wings.

Hi Dan, sorry to hear about the problem with the wings, is it just the gap between the wings and bonnet or scuttle as well? Hope you sort it soon mate :)

It's so crap it's height of the passenger wings when the bonnet sights right with the line of the wings I have an inch gap from bonnet to front panel. Bearing in mind this is a genuine wing.... Tried a cheap wing I had laying about.... And guess what fits perfect :/

Have to admit mate my brother thought he would go full heritage front end on his cooper and it's one the worse front ends I have ever fitted to a car, we had one to high then slight movement chucked it the other way it was terrible never fitted nice at the top etc, I no of a few other people that have had the same problems.

Best way I have done it since gas been heritage front panel and pattern wings that seemed to work well.

Hope you sort it mate go with the other wong from the sound of it.

Yup seems to get worse every time I have to use one :/ and when I said fits "perfect" I may have been a bit optimistic lol it fits with the contour on the bonnet but fits crap around the scuttle will try another heritage wing and see what happens

Well it's my own choice.....last week I washed off the cobwebs off the old fishing rods....and I'm hooked again !! And in fact an going today for a 24hour sesh :)

Haha yeh fair enough the same happened to me last year hence my cars not being done, me and bro off in a weeks session today going to be awesome :) expensive Hobbies though.... Cars and fishing...
