Hiya no progress as yet as im still waiting for the v5 then i can begin the work ive had a letter from them last work saying that the old registered keeper did not contact them back and that my application is now complete and it will be sent to the next department on the 21st so tomorrow and they will do the name and address change over and ill have the v5 posted and it hard to get time to do the van as im getting my estate done and have no power down the garage

If there is another owner with reg etc. u might want to phone dvla/ vosa maybe police. Just think if there going thru speed camera now your going to get the ticket until u can prove it wasn't you. Obviously it wont be for quite a while but u get my drift. U don't want them accusing u

Ya its good news i have spoke to them even tho it said not to contact them the van hasn't been taxed since 1998 and v5c is being issued to me just gotta wait for it to arrive :)

Thanks ya 3 months of fighting with the dvla for it and in the end i won :) progress will start shortly will strip her down and get germ blasted and see just how bad she really is
