All types of Mini (including the modern BMW MINI) are invited to this annual event, so expect displays in all areas of the Museum grounds. We had just over 1,000 Minis on site last year and we are hoping to squeeze in at least as many, if not more this year.
As in previous years, Test Hill will be in action with both morning and afternoon runs - places are limited and advanced booking is required. We will also be holding a ‘Show N Shine’ competition with 10 vehicle classes and prizes will be awarded for the top two cars in each class. Booking forms for both of the above events can be requested from Donna Hopton using the contact details below.
A – Mini 1959 – 1969: All standard Minis and derivatives produced in this period
B – Mini 1970 – 1979: All standard Minis and derivatives produced in this period
C – Mini 1980 – 1989: All standard Minis and derivatives produced in this period
D – Mini 1990 – 2001: All standard Minis and derivatives produced in this period
E – MINI 2001 - Present: All makes and models of standard New MINIS
F – Commercial Classics: Mokes, Pickups and Vans
G – Highly Modified classics
H – Mildly Modified classics
I – Modified New MINIS: All new MINIs that have undergone a modification
J - Elfs & Hornets of any age
New for this year, we will be holding a Best Dressed Club Stand competition with a 60s theme, and a number of gifts will be given to random Minis on entry to the Museum. You never know, it could be you..!
We are currently taking Club and Trade Stand bookings and already have a number of pitches booked. If you are interested in a Club stand or Trade pitch, please contact Donna for more information.
We are also working on the details of a surprise event and will provide more information as soon as plans have been finalised, so check the Museum website regularly for the latest news.
