Go for the paint idea instead?
I once tried painting my tyres to look like white walls, all the paint cracked and went a off-white colour. Looked terrible, wouldn't recommend it.

have a look at the website - he can do any thickness stripe in white or red plus custom sidewall lettering if that's your thing - lots of inspiring pics on his website

Well I did use acrylic wall paint, so might look better with some proper paint.

Hi ive seen a mini on here with them, it was a magazine feature car, but they weren't proper white wall tires i think he used vespa white tire inserts as he was running 10" wheels.
I've seen these on ebay http://www.ebay.co.u...7#ht_500wt_1287
i dont know how they would look you would probably need steelies and get them banded for a good look
cheers Tom
I put some of those on my '63 Super Delux

They looked great but a word of warning, they damage the side walls of your tyres, so they were a waste of money and time. After 500 miles I checked them and found that groves were being cut into all 4 tyres.

Those are them, but like people are saying they don't sound too good for the tyres
