Hey guys,
I've found a nice (well I hope it is) little project on Ebay, its within my price range & looks good from the pictures - Although they aren't that great quality. I'll try to arrange to view it in person shortly & I'm wondering what sort of things I should be looking for? Could anyone offer any advice on weather its a good place to start/learn on?
Here's a link to it, so you can see what I see: http://www.ebay.co.u...26clkid%3D55407
Opinions? Recommendations? Advice for a novice?
I've already promised myself that if I get it, the Clubman front is coming off & being swapped for a Roundnose..
Thanks, Sam

It's a very poor listing which may keep the price down!
Buy the car with the best body you can afford!
The wide sills may be hiding other things!
Take a camera with you, take some pics and put them on here!

just look for rust every where ! !
and as it is a project for sale, check to see how many of the parts are missing as there is bound to be some
defiantly take a camera and put some pics up here for more experienced eyes to look over

Thanks for the responses, I've sent the chap (lady?) a message via ebay & I'll give 'em a bell in the morning. If I can get to see it in person, I'll be sure to get them photos.
With any luck I might have something to pour money into by the weekend!

''lots of new panels fitted''
followed by
''new wide sills''
isn't very confidence inspiring about the quality of the rest of the work.
