no idea. all i know is its a 2004 ZR 1.4 engine. its a light metallic blue, supposed to be a rare colour as opposed to the more common dark blues? half leather, 17" alloys etc.

I did my Rover 214 Si rally car, which is the same engine. Used the latest Land Rover gasket and skimmed the head and it's been fine, even with the sort of use I've put it to. The head MUST be skimmed.

I'm pretty certain it'll be a r65 gearbox. Bang a pic up and I'll tell you.

Id only use the mls head gasket and obviously new stretch bolts at the same time, id also put a new Cambelt in whilst your there. Definately skim the head. Maybe a water pump if funds allow.

Mine was done about 20k ago, I've done 10k on it, mostly hard miles towing heavyish trailors about.

It'll be an R65 mate. I have a PG1 with LSD from a Rover BRM if you're interested? Won't be using it anymore. Inbox me if you like
