I shall be rebuilding my front subframe this weekend if all my bits arrive and im just wondering is it possible to put the cones in without the tool if i have a set of hilo's? I managed to get the top arms out easy enough with the cones and standard trumpets in there so im guessing if i set the hilo's to there smallest size i should be able to get the top arms in fine? Can anyone confirm this?

Ive done it a few times with a compressor, and hence would say it isnt possible with out a compresor. As even with the compressor its a RIGHT pain

I wouldn't say it is possible. I do have a compression tool for sale though :w00t:
