Choke Cables aren't hard to replace, dont see the desire for pegs

I have about 5 pegs because my dad put a spring on the end of my choke to stop it staying stuck out like it used to, it failed the MOT on emissions because of that reason so i have to leave it out with many pegs on if i leave it to warm up in the morning!
