yes, thats eric madeley's car (the silver special), he is the one who put me in contact with the guy that i got my replacement interior from for our car, i knew that the other silver special was going to be there as i had spoken to jonathan madeley a couple of days before bingley.

eric madeleys mini special used to belong to adrian boynes who was/is the founder of the mini special register, i think that its only done something like 15,000 miles from new.

erics car wasnt there when we got there, he turned up about 10 minutes after us.

yeah, that sprite is completly origional with a 1380 engine lovely car though, and good pictures

I thought I recognised that sprite, the key lock begind the rear arch is for the original alarm lol.

as well as the 1380 under the bonnet, it's also running non original 7.5 disk brakes. I should know as I have the original 24k 998 and the old front drums/hubs in the garage from that very mini.
