I tried some red fluffy dice for a while and although they were cool, I couldn't see the kerb as I turned left and so had to lean my head to the right to get a better view. So took it off. 
Then I changed to a lovely smelling foot air freshner from Halfords but that ran out so have nothing on there now.

I found a pic lol.
Theirs Wheels Whores, auto glym and super man air fresheners. A pink rubber duck, the red boot and a Hawaiian thingy and a pair of bright yellow sunglases rest on the top. I'm amazed my mirror stays on lol.
Think how much faster you'd go without all that weight....gotta be a couple of bhp

I have an very old jade coin hanging from a leather cord. I think it's supposed to bring good luck. Seems to be working so far.
