Cylinder head nuts=
stage 1 = 34 Nm or 25 lbf ft
stage 2 = 68 Nm or 50 lbf ft
The head nuts have to be tightened in a particular sequence in two stages.
cant find a pic but will see if i can
EDIT: Is your car pre 96 or post 96?

I would suggest investing in a Haynes manual. They are worth their weight in gold. This will also show you the correct sequence to torque the head, as well as the torque figure.
