My wife bought me two £50 gift vouchers from MiniSport for Christmas. She ordered them online so they could be posted out. Unfortunately the computer system charged her £10 for posting them. Now anyone who knows what a gift voucher looks like, it weighs next to nothing as it is just a bit of paper. Anyway my wife gave me the vouchers and told me about the postage cost, she called them up and spoke to a nice fella called Tom Gould, he said he would sort it. I'm only in Manchester so MiniSport is quite local so we popped up to see Tom as I wanted to spend the vouchers anyway. True to his word, he refunded the cost of the postage and on top of that gave me an extra £10 gift voucher, can't say fairer than that, oh also got a couple of free decals lol that was the deal breaker. Now because MiniSport is local I tend to use them quite a lot but. I'm an old fashioned type of guy and to me someone's word is there bond, I always phone first to see they have what I need and I always ask to speak to Tom because he proved his word was his bond so I only deal with him. I know not everyone has good experiences but I do feel it's fair that when you do have one then it should be shared, I can totally recommend Tom, top bloke, very knowledgeable and all round nice guy.
Tom is a very good guy, delt with him through emails numerous times and gave me discounts for buying so much!
