Hello was just sitting around bored wondering what i could do to the mini to make it that bit more unique yet practicle.

I have a 1996 mini spi and have the coned k&N filter like this

Would it be worth making a bonnet scoop for it and would it make much difference?

I have seen a few on mini's, however they seem to look better on clubbys (bonnet is more suited)
Not my taste but you can fit the renault 19/21 vent which can look nice, or go for the subtle NASCAR style scoop.
I have seen a I200 scoop on a mini but it is a very large scoop.
You could aways go for an MG plenum and have a feed taking it under the drivers wheel arch (boxed in though)

you can fit a ERA bonnet vent backwards to use as a scoop
