well i guess it depends who tighten, if you do it yourself carefully without forcing, then it shouldnt be a problem, if its done in a workshop, with a pneumatic tool without proper setting, then it's a different story

i didnt tighten it myself and i have no idea who did cause its impossible to undo ( standing on it was the last resort by the way) no one can get it undon and ive rounded off the actual bolt not the spanner type thing and the mini jack is RUBBISH, well mine is anyway, thanks for all the advice everyone
i think i will go down to the scrappy that sounds like the best idea
