so i feel abit bad because maybe i was abit harsh on him, but annoyed because he's refusing to do what i ask, its either his way or no way. and i'm losing because of this, when the whole point is to get my mini to the exact condition i had it or a replacement and he's not believing me that i cant get a nice replacement for under 2000.
so i can see things going downhill from here. it is now being dealt with my insurance now because he's refusing to work with me. so i'm getting as many examples and taking pictures of them on minis at a similar condition as mine just to cover myself that the car is or may be worth the amount i want.

If he wants to be awkward, so can you.

exactly if he wants to tell me lies i'll tell him lies. i stumped him like 3 or 4 times.Tell him to show you these examples, you can both go out there and you can point out the rot to him if he keeps going guns blazing.

I highly doubt your car has no rust.
Yes, you just haven't found it yet!

It is him or his department that ultimatley determine how much you get

it really doesnt,

agree with above, complain to the insuramce company.
a basic "starter" mini at our place is normally over £2k and i think we are one of the best value dealers. dont get me wrong there are bargains out there occasionally, but you get what you pay for.
