Hello all,

Thought id take the opportunity to write up a little about some of the items we have made and can produce for you. Some of you will have seen the "clubvan estate" topics and the panels we produced to convert a clubman estate / traveller into a mini van look a like. The upper rear quarter of the mini van is no longer available and as such our panels are ideal for anyone looking to repair a mini van which is rotten or has retro fitted windows etc.

Clubvan Estate Conversion
Our fibreglass panels allow you to convert your mini traveller or clubman estate into a mini van look a like. The panels are a genuine replica of the original van panels with the added benefit of fibreglass strength, less flex and ofcourse no rust. These panels are fitted with brackets to help mounting into your mini's window area. Reinforced with metal strips for ultimate strength.

WE CAN ALSO SUPPLY THESE WITHOUT BRACKETS FOR REPAIRING A VAN OR OTHER FITMENT ETC.

Mini Van Stiffener
A genuine replica of the mini van stiffener panel. Ideal for anyone restoring a rotten van or needing a replacement. Could be used to convert an estate into a more accurate van replica. Made from fibreglass, strong, lightweight and ofcourse no rust. Again this panel is no longer available from suppliers.

Estate / Traveller / Van / Pickup fuel filler surround
Common rust spot on these vehicles, rust builds around the edges and lifts the fuel filler from the vehicle. This part is no longer available from suppliers. Beat the rust, fit our fibreglass fuel filler surround. Lightweight and no rust.

We also have other products in development and final production stages including the clubman estate rear door lower rail, boot liners, dashboards and more.

If anyone is interested in a product, please contact me via PM.
Cheers

Few more developments.....

1) Fibreglass Parcel Shelf with speaker pods (upto 6x9). Direct the sound towards the front of the car, looks stylish and we are looking to incorperate LED stop lights in the back as an optional extra.

2) Fibreglass trim "lip" finishers for a clubman estate. Rear corners. The metal ones hold water and rust, swelling to double the size and rusting the panels around it.

3) clubman estate rear door lower edge panel. not sure of the exact name, but its the panel which is directly infront of you at the bottom when you open the rear doors. Common rust spot and unable to buy new as far as im aware....needed one for my project so took a mould from our other car.

4) Original Rover style boot liner tray. No picture at minute, but a replica of the original rover ones fitted in the 90s. Covers the wheel and battery.

We are just pricing up different gel coats and will let you know what colours are available. Ofcourse you can paint them to any colour you like also.

Heres a picture of a fibreglass estate to van conversion. the customer advises its still a work in progress, sills and some welding to do before its repainted but hes very happy with the product.

This one is rather special though, the owner decided to move the rear seat backwards to give more leg room in the rear for his growing children. I am waiting to see the pictures of the fabrication involved in that, but sounds a good idea, rear seat still folds down for load area...
