Hi everyone,
Could anyone tell me whether or not a pre 76 pedal box will bolt up to a post 76 shell?
Also, what are the different brake switch arrangements for the early and late pedal boxes?
Thanks

Yes and no,
It will fit but the inboard ends are different. Early ones are shorter with a couple of bolts,, later ones are "sandwiched" in the steering column bracket.
There is no switch on some early boxes (hydraulic one used instead), but you could easily drill a couple of holes & add one.
...... I suppose I should add the main difference is the pedal lever rates - the post 76 one has more,. which is why the brake pedal is raised to stop it running out of travel & hitting the floor - just something to be aware of.
