Hi people. Going to have a good look around this forum to see if I can find some answers but I am sure there will be many questions I shall be asking.

Just got my self a Feb 1972 K 850 Tax Exempt

Painted in Metallic Black. as a cooper. Looks mint runs well.

Pics to be posted later when I have some time.

Need to get a pint now though.

Here we go. Some snaps of the old girl.

Well after much pondering on another car I decided or more stumbled across this locally and decided what the hell. So I got it.

Good choice bad choice only time will tell but boy does it make me smile.

Its a Feb 1972 so is Tax Exempt
Bodywork and floor etc is mint.
Amazing 850CC Lol

A few snaps

Rear windows have limo black tint. Cant decided if to de tint or not. I have always thought you should tint all or none. As all would be illegal removal would be the only way. Still undecided though.



Yellow light filters have been removed.



Bit different inside to the Mercedes C43 . Those 6*9's just resting there. Hmmm. Well you do get some sound out of them. Need some thought on how to install some better sounds. Ideas Please.....



Front without light filters. Not sure on if to keep these wheels on or go for Mini Lites? Also do I put the grill back to chrome or leave it as is? Views welcome.



Many modding ideas but want to give it a good service and going over replacing anything I am not happy with.

Reall looks smart mate and i would keep the window tint as i think the same as u about all or nothing but i thought on my mini.....something is better than nothin but i don`t have anythin to show inside like ure`s.

Thanks for the welcome people. I will be sticking around. Had a bit of a read through and like the info I have gained from here so far. A lot more reading to do though.

Probably many questions to ask as well.

What are people views on the wheels?

I know my way around these cars fairly well but getting the bible (Haynes Manual) tomorrow.
