Had a day off today so took a few pics of progress. My phone broke at the end so no pictures of completed work but i have put panels were the holes were.

Hopefully if it doesn't rain i intend to get the outer sill on the passengers side and then start work on the drivers.

Definately getting there though :)

Really pleased with today. Out of gas now but another weekend will see the floors finished and sills on. At this rate maybe L2B is possible :)

This is the first time i've rebuilt on the drive and to be honest the weather is pissing me off. Plus every single old person who once owned a mini feels it is their right to lecture me on what colour it use to be and how good it was till they ether crashed it or scrapped it. Although working on bits in the evening is a plus.

Those mats are the the dogs. Nice tat by the way.

Tuesdays efforts included a new crossmember so seating is now a possibility
Posted Image

A rear valance to make the back look complete
Posted Image

And then a load of paint on the bottom of the load bay and all along the inner sill so i can proceed with the outer sill fit and possibly the rear subframe.

looks to be coming on nicely mate :) - Ive cut the sills off and a tiny bit of the floor out to replace on mine too... but my engine is still in so cant get the van on such an angle like yours..

Quick question. will you be using the 9" wide outer sills? or the thinner ones? because Ive bought the 9" ones and was just gunna cut vents in them - yet after a bit of reading on here people say to cut them down to the smaller ones

Yes i'll be using the narrow ones but you can just chop the 9" ones down, its not that important.

So it was undersill day today. Looks really good and pleased with the progress. When everythings the same colour it gives a massive boost.

Anyway the load bed started off the day like this

And the bottom is now solid up to the bulkhead :)
