My Mini answers to "Tiddles" but I like this thread because I've just found out why our black and white rescued Tom Cat was called Mumble by his previous owner :highfive:

Mumble, because its black and white like a penguin and there's a penguin in happy feet called mumble.

The mystery has been solved!, glad i could help.

My '91 Mainstream is called Alice- as in Alice Cooper. My '63 Countryman is called Woody because of the wood trim.

My mini called ginnie. Named by the last owner. I asked when I picked her up if they had a name.

Blodwyn after the late 60's band Blodwyn Pig. The car was a bit of a pig before the rebuild.

Mines called Dixie, Dixie Do-hard in full, ( last two letters of my number plate are double D and my college mates who named her are childish, but Dixie stuck and I quite like it (apart from her last name which hasn't stuck! )
