with the webers it all depends on the cc size, i don't know much about turbo's but i wouldn't want to turbo a aluminium head because of the pressure and the heat but maybe wrong as i dont know much about that head but have heard that its the same as the 7 ports made over here
You are wrong. There is no issue turbocharging an alloy head. For example look under the bonnet of any modern turbocharged car, you won't find many steel heads.
There are two 7-port heads readily available, the Pierce head (cast in the US) and the Specialist components head, CNC machined in the UK. The Pierce head is widely available through many sellers, the SC head only through SC. The SC head is superior IMO (that's why I have one on my turbocharged engine).
You can fit Webbers on both heads, but as Phil says, what's the point. Fitting injection will be cheaper and better. also if you are turbocharging, trying to use webbers will be a lot of hard work.
I used a single TB, fed into a plenum, easy, simple, cheap.
