Whats my rusty, mouldy, missfiring and smelly mini worth?
It has quite a few rust patches as shown in the photos, it also has mould on the interior but not on the leather seats!
I know for a fact it's missfiring, but i can't work out why... I also did a leak test and a compression test and it failed miserably on both. Low compression on nearly all cylinders and leaks coming from the inlet/exhaust and dipstick hole. The windscreen surround is nasty.... rust and mould! Leaks like a 89 year old granny with a bladder problem. There's a nice scratch down the left hand side from a **** in an audi.

It's definitely a spares/repairs/project but it does actually still run.... could be driven home at a risk. Other than that I can't think what else is wrong, but i'm sure theres more! It's been off the road for about 8 months, so it's sorn but still has a valid mot

It's got some bits I'd have loved on my MPi! For a late MPi it's not too bad, and it has an MOT. If you wan't to sell it I'd write a more balanced ad

Well I'm just trying to find out how much I could get for it atm, I'd probably write a much better advert when it comes to selling

Would its value be higher as it has a play mini back box, an LCB manifold, surestop brakes and 1.5:1 roller rockers?

is it a sport 500?.......if not what is the difference with a sport and a sport 500?

It's a cooper sport. Sport 500 were the last 500 made I believe

Correct! Even though they only made about 280 of them before Rover went bust haha

As Monk said they're the same car ....but the last 500 off the line got a glove mounted plaque, a presentation pack of goodies and a signed certificate from Mr Cooper himself saying its one of the last 500 minis ever made, so they're more collectable and pricey

Oh I always got told they didn't quite get to the end! Yeah I bet there are a good few fakes, there are so many 'cooper lookalikes' haha
