I'd love to see this car back on the road but at the current price I can't see it happening.

I don't mean to sound rude and obviously I don't know what you paid for it but I think you're about £1.5-2k over what this car is really worth.
I'd love to see this car back on the road but at the current price I can't see it happening.
Its not overpriced but thanks for your opinion.
It breaks at much more than the asking price and please feel free to look at the breaking listing to see that. Also I have forgotten things like the heater, arches, etc etc that will add more return.
I have offered it out for sale before breaking, I have done the right thing and asked a fair price for what it is, You could not build one for less.
Its easy to blame me but most wouldn't even bother doing what I have done and certainly wouldn't accept such a financial loss to try and see it live on.
There is still a day or so.. you never know eh?

Reading between the lines there's obviously a reason why you can't complete this but it really is a historic car. it Should be protected like a listed building. Its a shame an organisation can't buy it like mini mag or mini world just to protect it. Ill be devastated to see this gone. I remember seeing these at the first show i went to.
Yes a significant one.
It would be great to see the mag do something but its just not an option and people are trying to value this like they do a rusty ol mpi and offer me 1500 for it lol.
It breaks for 4500-5000 and thats not any lie, I will take a 1500 hit on what I can break it for and a massive financial loss on what it owed but I will not give it away.
If people want to buy it they can and it wont cost huge money to get finished as its nearly there. It could easily be finished if someone can do the work themselves and even sold for a proffit afterwards.
3500 is a snip for this.
Its a tuv approved build. Try and buy one of them for any less?
You would spend out 1000+ on an IVA and mods top pass on a home build and that build would cost about 5k to get near this, Honestly!
There is alot of engineering in this car and it has to be see to be believed, Each centre belt and body system alone cost redbull £1400.
Each mini cost them £28k
Its cheap to trey and help it but I am not going to give it away either.
Its a shame yes but I have done what I can.
Its been on the bay a while back, advertised in mags and on forums.
Not one serious person has come forward, this cannot be valued like a normal mini.
