i'm making one for a TMF member but his cars having a side exit exhaust a bit like mine, dont know how it would work with a normal back box.

hi, off topic, but did you get your arches and front spoiler from ABS? or from Mcleanbros?
they are my design and yours was the first one i've seen with them both on, looks fab.

I'm not keen on the spoiler, I've only ever seen one mini which had a spoiler on which looked nice. It was above the rear windscreen, and just stuck out a bit, similar to those on a mk5 fiesta st, giving the car a sporty look rather than having a massive 'scooby spoiler' stuck on the roof. You'd probably achieve a similar look if you had the spoiler above the rear windscreen rather than below it. I just think it looks silly below it, you don't really see hatchbacks with the spoiler below the rear windscreen (before anybody points it out, yes, I know a mini is not a hatchback, but it's got a similar rear to a hatchback).

The car looks awesome though, the black looks great, and gives it a 'mean' look, along with the wide wheels.

you've got some ace arty shots of your car there, might have to try something like that myself. like what you've done inside too.

I love your car, but not with that spoiler, somehow, with the wide stance and the narrow spoiler, it doesn't look right, but if you had it above the rear window it'd look writer in my opinion. :highfive:

I feel that it doesnt work because every part of this car follows lines and the spoiler disrupts the flow of the back i think the spoiler would probably work on other minis but just not this mini and yeah please produce the skirts and rear diffuser for sale as i need them on my car lol

well i know some people don't like it, and thats fine, but i think it look's ok.
so i'm going to finish making it, and keep it mounted above the boot.

anyway before i do that iv'e made some new side skirts up. this time a little deeper, 120mm, old one's are 100mm deep, and they have a small step on them, to give them some shape and to have an edge to reflect light and shine!

i made them the same way, and out of the same material (steel) as before, and here's how.

cut for exhaust outlet, and started to shape up

they look too big at the moment, but they will seem smaller when painted.
