Just wanting to know how much it is worth. It's in very good condition, never been ranted, runs sweetly, pulls well. Not sure about the age or how many miles it's done. There is one issue with it, the studs for the manifolds are starting to show their age, in other words the threads are starting to go.

Excuse the pictures, I do intend to clean it before selling it :L

Seriously? When I bought the car I was told it was an mg engine. I'll have to look into this. Thanks for pointing that out.

I sold a rebuilt one with all the ancillaries including hif44 carb, inlet manifold and electronic ignition, fuel pump and air filter for 380 posted.

Postage cost 50 quid though. So it was 320 for the engine.

You i would say around 250 for yours, if it hasn't been opened up and inspected and does not include most of the ancillaries.

Regards,

Abe

Give it a clean and lick of paint and stick it on eBay, 1275's go for silly money on there.

Blooming heck! 675?!? I personaly don't think that engine is worth that much. I doubt it will sell as well in that ebay link. You can buy a project for nearly that price which includes an engine!
