Hi guys, I was wondering whether anyone had any tips on how to repair my seat? I have attached pictures below (my blooming jeans ruined my seat). Had a quick google but didn't find any easy fixes, or should I get it professionally done? I don't have much money so can't really afford to spend much. My girlfriend is very good at sewing if that at all helps...otherwise I am based either in Norwich or Nottingham, so if there are any cheap places around there that would be ace.

Aye, that'l be the plan in the future (or this particular pair of jeans), although unfortunately that alone won't remove the rip.

Youll have to get them recovered !
Or just buy new seats
Both not the cheapest thing you can do

Firstly are we talking about leather or vinyl here?? If it's leather then a professional should be able to make a reasonable repair to that, but if it's vinyl then it's unlikely and besides it's probably going to be more economical to recover the seat than to have that sort of damage repaired to a vinyl covering.

Bugger, it is vinyl. I guess I will just have to live with it for a while until I can afford to get new seats. Ouch

EDIT: Is it possible to bodge job it until I am able to afford that?

Just giving this a cheeky bump as a request for how I would be able to bodge job it until I can afford a new interior. Cheers!

Just stick tape over it, will look pretty crap but it's better than a hole in your seat I suppose

You can get repair kits for vinyl. Search for vinyl weld, I remember my dad using it on an old car, it's like a patch that glues onto the other side while the tear is pinched together.
Should be a good solution to it ripping further until you have cash to recover the seat
