So am I right in thinking that, the 4 shocks replace the dampers, the 4 aluminium things replace or go with the cones, and the two rods are for the rear subframe and go into the cones?
I need to have a good look at some point! I just want the wheels to not rub like mad when I have a single person in the back!

Yep the dampers will fit the same as the ones you have on now but are adjustable, the cones with the bar fit at the back as you correctly said but I belive the budget cones like that set up has, arnt as good as the genuine ones as they have a different profile where it goes into the rubber dohnut as the proper ones allow a variable ride rather than those which dont, i *think* anyway

Oh by the way that kit you put up earlier had standard length shocks, so if you want to go lower you may need lower shocks to compensate as the standard ones can bottom out.
