goes well enough with 85 bhp, and five speed box, will be amazing with 150....................................keep the faith.

thats 35mph in first, 55 in second, and just over 75 before i backed off (after a gentle start, i'm still paranoid about spinning the wheels with my welded driveshafts even after over 4 years)
its got a saxo 1.4 box now so isnt so frantic as with the original ax gt one, but has lost a bit of the urge in 4th and 5th gears

I'm amazed at how tidy it looks in the round nose! With my starlet conversion (revision 1) it managed to just fit snugly under a roundnose (135bhp), but when it came to a td04 turbo as well as a few other bits it had to be clubified. Hats off though sir, its a fine looking conversion. Had a VTR a few years back, and though there is some scawn at french cars, I must say I adored the engine, even when I plowed through a herd of Deer at 60mph, he still kept on going! Any updated pics? Any plans with the exterior or going to keep it as standard looking as possible to give off a Wolf in Sheeps clothing appeal?
Top Job.
