I find it sarcastic and unfriendly. New threads (even if repeated) keep forums alive. No?

if everyone just "searched for answers" there would be alot less threads.....which would mean less opinions, less info, less input, less discussion.....which is the main reason if someones asks for something (that i can help with) then ill always answer it. instead of just saying "do a search" as someone new with some more info might be around this time to input more info......but thats just me

no its not it NEARLY was! a bloke offered me that and cash for my mini van. the gear box packed up on the way upto me. so he came back up the next day with the full amount in cash.......i was actually gutted i got cash for my mini van haha
