I'd love an original Mark I, like this:

And one of the very late MPIs, a 2000 like I've got at the moment:

I think the contrast of the two would be fantastic, old and new!

That's what we've got - both standard. A 2000 and a 1960. Fortunately, my husband prefers the 1960 and I prefer the 2000 so we don’t fight over them. :D This picture's a bit old and since then Mr Bump (the 2000) has had a new front end. It is fun having both an early and a late one. :-) There is loads more room in the early one.

Thats the thing Mrs Max and I argue about, she'd like an older mini alongside the JCG one. But neither of us will part with our later models - Mrs Max loves Max, I love Paddy - so it means owning 3 models long term (I'm not counting Gus he HAS TO GO at some point 3 JCG's is too much)

I'l shhhhhhh one day it'l be 3 >_<

I respect your restraint! Our lack of willpower has got us into a mess with far too many Minis – I feel like a Mini Minder, making sure everything is up to date for each one and all their needs are met – it’s hard work

And moving quickly on from my last post, here’s our next dream Minis! We’d love a Mk3 S, but are a bit picky. Understandably, the owner of this one isn’t selling it

But the owner of this one has told us that he’d will leave it to me in his will! He’s owned it from new and probably thought that was the only way he’d get rid of me

A mk3 s, so I'm going to build my mk4 to look like a 3 s, either that or just leave it unbadged and have a sleeper :proud:

I dont really have a dream car as it always changes, and some ideas conflict with others >_<

I wouldn't want a showroom spec mk 1.. you couldnt use it, i'd prefer a rally/road style mk3 thats been overbored that you can thrash around! :nuke:
