My mini has been standing for a fair amount of time. The clutch (Verto) has seized up (so seized that the pedal bent before it un-seized)

Has anyone heard of this problem before or any one got any idea whether this is likely to be a problem with the hyraulics or the clutch itself.

Many thanks.

Thanks mate, I've left had minis standing for months and years before during rebuilds etc never come across it before.

Hopefully it'll free off without having to dismantle the clutch (my least favourite job).

Jus thave to replace the bent pedal now DOH!

Yeah was rather funny, pedal just kind of bent out towards the heater ha! I know minis don't have the lightest of clutches but thats taking the pi**.

What was was most guting though was we had to push it onto the trailer to take it home.

Oh well what do you expect for £100.
