All you need is a tripod and a mate to sit in the back and hold it firmly for you :). NIce video anyway JP!

I think JP said it was standard before and mine sounds like that. It's got a lot to do with having the standard filter housing - it sounds like more of a growl than the whoosh you get with a cone

Haha yeah One of my friends has a stage one set up on his 1275 but with a big 2.5" tailpipe. He said that he wished it sounded as good as my standard one onboard haha That's why if I ever went for twin carbs I'd want to get an original cooper s housing for it to keep the noise more civil and hopefully sounding a bit like it does now

At higher revs the sound comes more from the exhaust manifold than the carbs though so that might have something to do with it. I think the videos never quite pick up the noise properly though

Good video, music not to my taste though.

I mount my camera on a tripod, and then tie the tripod to the window winder and the choke knob, still shakes a bit though.

Do what i do.. Get a camera phone, with some bluetac :) And bluetac it to the dash & front window. Works like a charm. Only bumps it gets are the bumps you and the car feel :D
