New seals do add some resistance to closing the door but should not move the wing. How does the door fit at the front. Is it under flush, over flush or flush with the A panel??

This is what I thought.

The door sits flush with the a panel when closed.

Really stuck now don't know what to try next!

Cheers.

I really think we need some pictures if possible. Some with the door shut front and back. Picture of the door open looking into the A post area. Also pictures of the seal and if you take the seal off as well some pictures where it fits.

New seals do make the door harder to close but should not flex the wing unless there is something structurally amiss.
