They couldn't have stopped right away as that would have potentially caused another incident.

And pulling two U-turns at a jucntion was a really safe thing to do!

They could have also offered their footage to the drivers of the other cars to help with their insurance claims.

Who said that it was safe to turn, I didn't. What I said was there is/was nothing that they could have done after the immediate incident. Also said that if it were safe and/or feasible to stop. They did a U-Turn (1st one) way after the junction and from what I can see they didn't appear to impede anyone. No problems there.

Who's to say they haven't handed the footage in?

90% (please note this figure is a guestemation and not a true and accurate record - a good number) of videos on youtube are of people doing daft things.

All they were doing is filming a car they might not see on the road often. I have done it and I know a good few people who have and would do again. I see a super car on the road and, where possible, I will try and get a vid of it. In fact I have one of a Ferrari in an almost identical situation only he didn't cream in and just gave it some beans for the video. Rather decent of the chap I thought.

If he/she then spanks it and doesn't appear to have killed, maimed or whatever else serious then I would more than likely do the same. IF IT IS SAFE to do so I will stop and offer some assistance.

Anyway back on topic, it'll T-Cut out anyhoo.

Looks like he cut across two cars to me when he did the first turn.

Looks like he just drove off whilst laughing his head off to me without knowing who to contact.

And circling an accident for their own gratification. Watch and listen to the video, at no point do they show concern for what has happened or what is around them.

If I witness an accident, no matter how serious, I always stop and leave my details to assist with any claims or convictions, it's the decent thing to do.

You cannot always stop no matter what you tell me. I have stopped as often as I can safely. I will not become involved in an incident due to 'thinking' I am doing the right thing and stopping etc.

If someone has had a little bump and I believe I can be of assistance then of course I will pass on my details but again not at the cost of me, my family or my car. I have witnessed far too many people become caught up in an incident by becoming part of the problem. People seem to forget that they are still on the road when trying to stop or rubber neck.

It is easy to speculate about the actions of the 'camera crew'. We don't know much apart from they filmed it, did some dubious manoeuvres and then 'appeared to leave.

It's a video on youtube showing a fairly minor (IMO) incident. A quick look on there and there will be countless more. It doesn't bother me that they didn't stop as I believe there were enough witnesses and people there dealing with the situation.

They could have gone to the police and asked them or handed in a copy. Who knows.

Seems to be a lot more being made of this short vid than is necessary.

na there was no need for them to stop, to be honest there was hardly a crash, just a bit of scraped paint as he slid between the two cars. the lambo guy prob didnt even care as he would have enough dolla to set things right and not notice a difference in he bank account
